Our app utilizes facial recognition technology to provide secure attendance and identity verification services for staff and students. When you use the face recognition feature, the app uses the device's camera and Google ML Kit to detect your face and generate a 'Face Embedding'—a unique mathematical representation of your facial features. We do not store or transmit raw facial images for identification; only these numerical vectors (embeddings) and a generated face hash are used. This data is collected solely for the purposes of user enrollment, verifying identity during attendance marking, preventing account duplication, and ensuring liveness (anti-spoofing). All face data is stored securely on our private servers and within the app's local encrypted storage. We do not share your facial data with any third parties. This data is retained only as long as your account is active and will be permanently deleted upon account termination or a specific data deletion request.
We do not use facial data for marketing, advertising, or user profiling purposes. Your biometric information is never sold to any third party.
Usage of the face recognition feature is voluntary. Users can withdraw their consent at any time by disabling the feature in the app settings or by requesting the deletion of their face template through our support channel.
All generated face embeddings are encrypted both in transit (using SSL/TLS) and at rest on our secure servers to prevent unauthorized access.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of SkoolWala School Management ERP Software ("Software", "Product") provided by Firmbeginners IT Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Company", "We", "Our"). By purchasing or using the Software, you ("Client", "Customer", "You") agree to these Terms.
Upon purchase, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SkoolWala ERP as per the selected plan. The Software remains the intellectual property of Firmbeginners IT Solutions Pvt Ltd.
All payments must be made in advance as per the chosen pricing plan. Fees are non-refundable once access to the Software is provided, unless otherwise stated. Firmbeginners IT Solutions Pvt Ltd reserves the right to suspend access if payments are delayed or incomplete.
Licenses are provided on a subscription basis (monthly/yearly). Subscriptions will not automatically renew unless agreed in writing. Renewal reminders will be sent before the expiry of the plan.
Firmbeginners IT Solutions Pvt Ltd will provide technical support and updates as per the selected plan. Major feature upgrades may require additional charges.
Firmbeginners IT Solutions Pvt Ltd ensures reasonable measures to protect Client data. The Client is responsible for safeguarding login credentials. The Company will not be liable for unauthorized access due to Client negligence.
The Client shall not: Share, resell, or distribute the Software to third parties. Modify, reverse engineer, or copy the Software without written permission.
Firmbeginners IT Solutions Pvt Ltd reserves the right to terminate access if the Client violates these Terms. Upon termination, all rights to use the Software will immediately end.
Firmbeginners IT Solutions Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the current subscription term.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Godda/Jharkhand.
